At Mplus Store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy on refunds and returns to understand your rights and options.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, and downloadable software products cannot be returned.

Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods, custom products, and downloadable software products.
  • Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
